【摘要】：目的觀察一種隱形眼鏡護理液抑菌性能及其使用持續(xù)時間。方法采用ISO 14730-2000和USP 3551規(guī)定的兩種方法,對該隱形眼鏡護理液的抑菌性能進行觀察,比較ISO和USP兩種方法試驗結果的差異性。結果按照USP 3551方法,該隱形眼鏡護理液在啟用后第7、14和28 d,各試驗菌減少量均符合要求。按照ISO14730:2000方法,該隱形眼鏡護理液在啟用后第14 d,各試驗菌減少量均符合要求,第28 d各試驗菌減少量均不符合ISO要求。結論應根據產品用途、有效期、預期的抑菌發(fā)生速度及維持時間建立合理的試驗方案。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the bacteriostasis and duration of a contact lens solution. Methods the bacteriostasis of contact lens solution was observed by ISO 14730-2000 and USP 3551. Results according to the USP 3551 method, according to the USP 3551 method, at the 7th and 28th days after the use of the contact lens care liquid, the amount of the bacteria in the test all met the requirements. According to the ISO14730:2000 method, On the 14th day after the use of the contact lens care fluid, the quantity of each test bacterium was in accordance with the requirements, and on the 28th day, the decrease of each test bacterium did not meet the requirements of ISO. Conclusion: according to the use of the product, the period of validity should be used. The expected bacteriostasis rate and maintenance time to establish a reasonable test program.
