【摘要】：目的了解毫州市直中小學(xué)校傳染病防控工作管理現(xiàn)狀,為改進(jìn)和提高學(xué)校傳染病防控工作水平提供依據(jù)。方法采取查閱資料、調(diào)查詢問(wèn)、實(shí)地查看等方式,對(duì)毫州市直35所中小學(xué)校進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督檢查,其中中學(xué)13所,小學(xué)22所。結(jié)果 13所中學(xué)均開(kāi)展不同形式的健康教育,而只有10所小學(xué)開(kāi)展健康教育,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=10.971,P0.01);4所中學(xué)開(kāi)展學(xué)生健康體檢并建立學(xué)生健康檔案,小學(xué)均未開(kāi)展類似工作,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=7.634,P0.05)。結(jié)論毫州市中小學(xué)校傳染病防控工作管理水平較低,措施落實(shí)不到位。教育與衛(wèi)生部門和學(xué)校應(yīng)密切配合,提高中小學(xué)傳染病防控工作管理能力和水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of infectious disease prevention and control in primary and secondary schools in Mizhou City, and to provide the basis for improving and improving the level of infectious disease prevention and control in schools. Health supervision and inspection were carried out in 35 primary and middle schools, including 13 middle schools and 22 primary schools. Results all 13 middle schools carried out different forms of health education, while only 10 primary schools carried out health education. The difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 10.971 / P0.01P ~ (0.01)). No similar work was carried out in primary schools (蠂 ~ (2) 7.634) (蠂 ~ (2) 7.634) (P 0.05). Conclusion the management level of prevention and control of infectious diseases in primary and secondary schools is relatively low. The measures are not in place. Education and health departments and schools should cooperate closely to improve the management ability and level of infectious disease prevention and control in primary and secondary schools.
