【摘要】：目的了解某醫(yī)院眼科手術(shù)室消毒效果,為有效控制術(shù)后眼內(nèi)炎的發(fā)生提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對醫(yī)院眼科手術(shù)室內(nèi)的空氣、物體表面、術(shù)者手、使用中皮膚黏膜消毒液、消毒手術(shù)器械和紫外線燈進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場抽樣調(diào)查。結(jié)果3年共采樣1 470份,合格1 431份,合格率97.3%,2012-2014年合格率呈上升趨勢。結(jié)論近年該院眼科手術(shù)室采取有效措施改善消毒狀況,消毒效果良好,但仍需進(jìn)一步提高消毒滅菌質(zhì)量,預(yù)防術(shù)后眼內(nèi)炎的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the disinfection effect of ophthalmic operating room in a hospital and to provide scientific basis for the effective control of postoperative endophthalmitis. Results 1 470 samples were collected and 1 431 qualified samples were collected in 3 years, and the qualified rate of 97. 3% in 2012-2014 showed an increasing trend. Conclusion in recent years, effective measures were taken to improve the disinfection situation in the operating room of ophthalmology of our hospital. The disinfection effect is good, but the disinfection and sterilization quality should be further improved to prevent the occurrence of postoperative endophthalmitis.
