【摘要】：目的分析2005-2015年陜西省布魯桿菌病(簡稱布病)疫情分布特征,為制訂防治措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集2005-2015年陜西省人間布病監(jiān)測及國家傳染病疫情網(wǎng)絡(luò)直報系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合專題調(diào)查資料分析布病流行病學(xué)特征。結(jié)果 2005-2015年陜西省累計(jì)報告布病病例9 646例,發(fā)病率為2.34/10萬,整體呈現(xiàn)波動上升趨勢;調(diào)查重點(diǎn)人群824 931人,采集血清121 649份,血清學(xué)陽性5 755份,陽性率4.73%,感染率0.70%。病例分布在除楊凌區(qū)以外的10個設(shè)區(qū)市共計(jì)84個縣(區(qū)),報告病例主要集中在榆林、渭南、延安市,三市占全省總發(fā)病數(shù)的94.81%;年齡主要集中在30~60歲之間,男女性別比為3.58∶1,農(nóng)民、牧民占總發(fā)病數(shù)的90.26%,報告病例多集中在4~9月份。結(jié)論陜西省人間布病疫情形勢嚴(yán)峻,控制傳染源、加強(qiáng)布病監(jiān)測、加大高危人群篩查及職業(yè)人群干預(yù)力度、加強(qiáng)布病宣傳是預(yù)防布病的根本措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the distribution of brucellosis (brucellosis) in Shaanxi Province from 2005 to 2015, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control measures. Methods the data of human brucellosis surveillance and national epidemic situation network direct reporting system were collected from 2005 to 2015 in Shaanxi Province. Results from 2005 to 2015, 9,646 cases of brucellosis were reported in Shaanxi Province, the incidence rate was 2.34 / 100 thousand, and the overall trend of fluctuation was rising, 824,931 people were selected and 121,649 serum samples were collected. There were 5 755 seropositive cases, the positive rate was 4.73 and the infection rate was 0.70.The cases were distributed in 84 counties in 10 districts except Yangling District. The reported cases were mainly concentrated in Yulin, Weinan and Yan'an cities. The three cities account for 94.81% of the total incidence in the whole province, the age is mainly between 30 and 60 years old, the sex ratio between male and female is 3.58: 1, farmers and herdsmen account for 90.26% of the total incidence, and the reported cases are mostly concentrated in September. Conclusion the epidemic situation of human brucellosis in Shaanxi Province is severe and the source of infection is under control. The basic measures to prevent brucellosis are to strengthen the surveillance of brucellosis, to increase the screening of high risk population and the intervention of professional population, and to strengthen the propaganda of brucellosis.
