【摘要】：目的研究含氯消毒劑的化學(xué)消毒和檸檬酸熱化學(xué)消毒對血液透析機(jī)的消毒效果。方法使用含氯消毒劑的化學(xué)消毒和檸檬酸熱化學(xué)消毒對血液透析機(jī)進(jìn)行消毒處理,消毒后取樣進(jìn)行細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)和內(nèi)毒素檢測,細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)采用國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的透析液細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)方法,即TGEA培養(yǎng)基,23℃,7d后讀數(shù),內(nèi)毒素檢測使用內(nèi)毒素檢測儀,動態(tài)濁度法,同時取反滲水和1周未消毒過的血液透析機(jī)樣本進(jìn)行細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)和內(nèi)毒素檢測,綜合評價血液透析機(jī)的消毒效果。結(jié)果經(jīng)過含氯消毒劑的化學(xué)消毒或檸檬酸熱化學(xué)消毒方法消毒過的血液透析機(jī)無細(xì)菌生長,內(nèi)毒素均0.1EU/ml,而未消毒的透析機(jī)內(nèi)細(xì)菌檢測結(jié)果是87CFU/ml,毒素檢測結(jié)果為34.46EU/ml。結(jié)論含氯消毒液在確保原始濃度、消毒濃度和消毒時間的前提下可確�？煽康南拘Ч�;透析機(jī)在加熱到85℃以上,同時吸入檸檬酸同樣能達(dá)到非常好的消毒效果。
