2010-2014年渭南市手足口病病原學(xué)監(jiān)測結(jié)果分析

【摘要】:目的對渭南市2010-2014年手足口病(Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease,HFMD)病原學(xué)監(jiān)測結(jié)果進行分析,了解渭南市手足口病流行特征,為手足口病防控提供病原學(xué)依據(jù)。方法應(yīng)用實時熒光定量PCR(Real-time RT-q PCR)法,對渭南市2010-2014年2 604份疑似手足口病標本進行人腸道病毒(Human Enterovirus,HEV)、腸道病毒71型(Enterovirus 71,EV71)、柯薩奇病毒A組16型(Coxsackievirus A16,Cox A16)和其他人腸道病毒(other HEV)核酸檢測。結(jié)果2 604份疑似手足口病標本中,HEV陽性率為51.50%(1341/2 604),EV71陽性率為22.08%(575/2 604),Cox A16陽性率為13.56%(353/2 604),其他HEV陽性率為15.86%(413/2 604),HEV陽性病例男女比例為1.36∶1(772/567),手足口病流行時間以4-9月為主,年齡以5歲以下兒童為主。發(fā)病2 d內(nèi)手足口病陽性率最高為74.53%(158/212)。結(jié)論 2010年和2013年渭南市手足口病主要病原體是其他腸道病毒,2012年和2014年主要病原體是EV71,2013年主要病原體是EV71和Cox A16,5歲以下兒童是手足口病發(fā)病的主要人群,應(yīng)盡早采集發(fā)病2 d內(nèi)的樣品。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the etiological surveillance results of Hand-Foot-Mouth disease (Hand-Foot-Mouth disease) in Weinan City from 2010 to 2014, to understand the epidemic characteristics of HFMD in Weinan City, and to provide the etiological basis for the prevention and control of HFMD. Methods the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(Real-time RT-q method was used. A total of 2 604 suspected hand-foot-mouth disease specimens from Weinan City from 2010 to 2014 were tested for human enterovirus (Human EnterovirusHEV), Enterovirus 71 (Enterovirus 71), Coxsackievirus 16 (Coxsackievirus A16Cox A16) and other human enterovirus (other HEV) nucleic acids. The positive rate of HEV was 51.50% 1341 / 2 604 and the positive rate of EV71 was 22.08% 5755 / 2 604% Cox A16 positive rate was 13.56% 353 / 2 604%, the positive rate of other HEV positive cases was 15.86% 413% 2604% positive rate of male and female cases was 1.361wt% 772567%, the epidemic time of hand, foot and mouth disease was mainly 4-9 months. The highest positive rate of HFMD was 74.53% in 2 days. Conclusion in 2010 and 2013, the main pathogens of HFMD in Weinan City were other enterovirus, EV71in 2012 and EV71in 2012. The pathogens are EV71 and Cox A16. Children under the age of 5 are the most common cause of HFMD. Samples should be collected as early as possible within 2 days after the onset of the disease.
