【摘要】：文章全面梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外H7N9亞型禽流感綜合防控技術(shù)研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)分析研究國(guó)內(nèi)禽流感病毒檢測(cè)技術(shù)、疫苗研發(fā)技術(shù)、藥物治療技術(shù)、消毒與禽類(lèi)飼養(yǎng)技術(shù)的專(zhuān)利申請(qǐng)現(xiàn)狀,并針對(duì)H7N9亞型禽流感綜合防控技術(shù)存在的問(wèn)題,提出樹(shù)立綜合防控技術(shù)觀,形成防控技術(shù)集成體系;強(qiáng)化病毒研究,開(kāi)發(fā)新藥物靶標(biāo);開(kāi)發(fā)并儲(chǔ)備特異性疫苗,應(yīng)對(duì)病毒變異風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper comprehensively reviews the current situation of research and development of H7N9 subtype avian influenza comprehensive prevention and control technology at home and abroad, through the analysis and research of domestic avian influenza virus detection technology, vaccine research and development technology, drug treatment technology, The present situation of patent application for disinfection and poultry breeding technology, and aiming at the existing problems of H7N9 avian influenza comprehensive prevention and control technology, this paper puts forward the idea of comprehensive prevention and control technology, forms the integrated system of prevention and control technology, strengthens the virus research, and develops new drug target. To develop and store specific vaccines to deal with the risk of virus mutation and other countermeasures.
