【摘要】：目的了解2006-2016年寧波市麻疹流行病學(xué)特征,為完善消除麻疹策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對寧波市2006-2016年通過麻疹監(jiān)測信息報(bào)告管理系統(tǒng)報(bào)告的麻疹發(fā)病資料進(jìn)行描述性流行病學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 2006-2016年寧波市共報(bào)告麻疹4 226例,年均發(fā)病率為5.16/10萬,各年發(fā)病率在0.09/10萬(2012年)-31.30/10萬(2008年)之間。2007年麻疹發(fā)病高峰出現(xiàn)在夏季,其他年份的麻疹發(fā)病高峰則主要集中在春季。城區(qū)、縣(縣級市)年平均發(fā)病率分別為7.54/10萬和3.57/10萬�！�15歲病例占52.44%。散居兒童病例占43.23%。流動人口病例占43.02%。有、無、不詳含麻疹成分疫苗(MCV)免疫史病例數(shù)分別占13.20%、50.97%和35.83%。結(jié)論寧波市距離消除麻疹目標(biāo)仍有差距,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)適齡兒童尤其是流動兒童的預(yù)防接種工作,擴(kuò)大MCV的覆蓋人群。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemiological characteristics of measles in Ningbo from 2006 to 2016. Methods the measles incidence data reported by measles surveillance information management system in Ningbo from 2006 to 2016 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results A total of 4 226 measles cases were reported in Ningbo from 2006 to 2016. The average annual incidence rate is 5.16 / 10 million, and the annual incidence is between 0.09% and 100,000 (2012, 31.30%, 100,000 (2008). The peak of measles incidence in 2007 occurs in summer, while in other years, the peak is mainly concentrated in spring.
