口腔綜合治療臺(tái)水路晨間開(kāi)診前污染監(jiān)測(cè)及干預(yù)措施

【摘要】:目的了解口腔綜合治療臺(tái)水路晨間開(kāi)診前污染情況,評(píng)價(jià)干預(yù)措施的效果。方法選擇2014年4月20臺(tái)口腔綜合治療臺(tái)作為樣本,分為試驗(yàn)組10臺(tái),對(duì)照組10臺(tái);試驗(yàn)組用酸性氧化電位水流動(dòng)沖洗口腔綜合治療臺(tái)水路5min,對(duì)照組用蒸餾水代替消毒液,同樣程序流動(dòng)沖洗口腔綜合治療臺(tái)水路,分別采集高速手機(jī)連接管水樣送細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)及菌落計(jì)數(shù),數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 20.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果晨間開(kāi)診前未經(jīng)任何處理水樣,細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)菌落數(shù)為(3333.15±2107.41)CFU/ml,蒸餾水沖洗2 min水樣細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)菌落數(shù)為(1370.50±1048.24)CFU/ml,前、后對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組消毒后水樣細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)菌落數(shù)為0CFU/ml,對(duì)照組沖洗后水樣細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)菌落數(shù)為(952.10±834.22)CFU/ml,試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論口腔綜合治療臺(tái)水路晨間開(kāi)診前污染嚴(yán)重,水路沖洗能減少細(xì)菌數(shù)量,但不能保證達(dá)到安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn),應(yīng)做常規(guī)消毒處理,酸性氧化電位水用于口腔綜合治療臺(tái)水路的消毒效果可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the pollution of the oral comprehensive treatment platform before the morning opening of the water channel and evaluate the effect of the intervention measures. Methods the oral comprehensive therapy platform of April 20th 2014 was selected as the sample and divided into the experimental group (10) and the control (10). The experimental group was treated with acidic oxidizing potential water flow for 5 min, while the control group was treated with distilled water instead of disinfectant. The bacterial culture and colony count were collected and analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software. Results the water samples were not treated before morning. The colony number of bacteria cultured was 3333.15 鹵2107.41g CFU / ml, and that of distilled water for 2 min was 1370.50 鹵1048.24g CFU / ml. The number of bacteria cultured in water samples was 0 CFU / ml in the experimental group and 952. 10 鹵834. 22 CFU / ml in the control group. The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant (P 0. 05). The treatment platform waterway was seriously polluted before the morning consultation. Water route washing can reduce the number of bacteria, but it can not meet the safety standard. It should be treated with routine disinfection, and the disinfection effect of acid oxidized potential water used in the water route of oral comprehensive therapy table is reliable.
