地理環(huán)境與健康人血尿素氮參考值的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的:探討地理環(huán)境與健康人血尿素氮BUN參考值的關(guān)系,闡明我國健康人BUN參考值的分布規(guī)律,為制訂不同地區(qū)BUN參考值的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:搜集23個(gè)省、4個(gè)直轄市、5個(gè)自治區(qū)403所醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)測定的33 521名健康人BUN參考值,選取23項(xiàng)地理數(shù)據(jù)與健康人BUN參考值進(jìn)行分析。利用空間自相關(guān)分析確定數(shù)據(jù)空間自相關(guān)性,利用相關(guān)分析確定與BUN參考值顯著相關(guān)的地理因素,采用多元線性回歸、主成分和嶺回歸構(gòu)建預(yù)測模型,利用配對樣本t檢驗(yàn)選取最優(yōu)預(yù)測模型,利用地統(tǒng)計(jì)分析構(gòu)建中國健康人BUN參考值空間分布圖。結(jié)果:健康人BUN參考值與緯度(X_2)、海拔(X_3)、年平均氣溫(X_5)、年平均相對濕度(X_6)和年降水量(X_7)5項(xiàng)地理因素指標(biāo)顯著相關(guān),最優(yōu)預(yù)測模型回歸方程為Y=5.112+0.000 127 1X_2+0.000 094 61X_3-0.000 140 5X_5-0.000 136 8X_6-0.000 139 1X_7±0.531 0;可得出BUN預(yù)測參考值分布圖。結(jié)論:我國健康人BUN參考值的總體分布趨勢為東低西高,BUN參考值與海拔高度呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。若已知某一地區(qū)的地理數(shù)據(jù)便可以進(jìn)行健康人BUN參考值的預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between geographical environment and BUN reference value of blood urea nitrogen in healthy people, and to clarify the distribution of reference value of BUN in healthy people in China. Methods: the reference values of 33,521 healthy people were collected from 403 medical institutions in 23 provinces, 4 municipalities directly under the Central Government and 5 autonomous regions. The data spatial autocorrelation was determined by spatial autocorrelation analysis, the geographic factors significantly related to BUN reference value were determined by correlation analysis, and multivariate linear regression was used. The prediction model was constructed by principal component and ridge regression, and the optimal prediction model was selected by paired sample t-test. The spatial distribution of BUN reference values of healthy people in China was constructed by using geostatistical analysis. Results: the reference values of BUN in healthy people were significantly correlated with five geographic factors, I. e., the reference values of BUN in healthy people and the five geographic factors, I. e., Latitude X _ 2, altitude X _ 3, annual mean air temperature X _ 5, annual average relative humidity X _ 6) and annual precipitation X _ (7). The regression equation of the optimal prediction model is YJ 5.112 0.000 1271Xpopulation 20 0.000 094 61Xtig 3-0.000 1405XL 5-0.000 1368X6-0.0001391X7 鹵0.531 00.The BUN prediction reference value distribution map can be obtained. Conclusion: the general distribution trend of the BUN reference value of healthy people in our country is the reference value of BUN in the east and west and the altitude high. If the geographical data of a certain area are known, the BUN reference value of healthy people can be predicted.
