【摘要】：目的了解杭州市某城區(qū)各級各類醫(yī)療機構口腔綜合治療臺水路細菌污染現(xiàn)狀,為提高口腔用水質(zhì)量提供科學依據(jù)。方法 2016年9月-2017年2月對監(jiān)測區(qū)域內(nèi)6所省市級醫(yī)院、27所民營口腔醫(yī)院及診所和6所社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務中心進行口腔漱口水和牙科手機管線水的細菌污染情況進行調(diào)查,參照《消毒技術規(guī)范》(2002年版)進行細菌培養(yǎng),參考《生活飲用水衛(wèi)生標準》作為微生物指標合格標準。結果共采集39所醫(yī)療機構中口腔綜合治療臺水路的1 153份水樣,合格502份,合格率為43.5%,其中省市級醫(yī)院合格率為75.7%,民營口腔醫(yī)院及診所合格率36.1%,社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務中心合格率為55.0%;各級醫(yī)療機構之間口腔用水合格率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結論口腔綜合治療臺水路污染較嚴重,各級醫(yī)療機構應高度重視,規(guī)范口腔醫(yī)師臨床操作,加強口腔科綜合治療臺水路的消毒與監(jiān)測工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of bacterial contamination in the water channel of oral comprehensive treatment in various medical institutions in a certain urban area of Hangzhou. Methods from September 2016 to February 2017, oral gargle was performed in 27 private oral hospitals and clinics and 6 community health service centers in 6 provincial and municipal hospitals in the region. To investigate the bacterial contamination of dental cell phone pipeline water, Bacterial culture was carried out with reference to the Technical Specification for Disinfection (2002), and the hygienic Standard for drinking Water was referred to as the standard for the qualification of microorganism. Results 1 153 water samples were collected from 39 medical institutions. 502 qualified, The qualified rate was 43.5, including 75.7 in provincial and municipal hospitals, 36.1 in private oral hospitals and clinics, and 55.0 in community health service centers. The waterway pollution of the comprehensive cavity treatment platform is serious. Medical institutions at all levels should attach great importance to regulating the clinical operation of stomatologists and strengthen the disinfection and monitoring of the waterway of the comprehensive treatment table in stomatology.
