【摘要】：目的研究靜脈穿刺前用手觸摸血管位置對消毒效果的影響。方法采用傾注平板計數(shù)法,分別對消毒前、觸摸后穿刺前和消毒后皮膚進(jìn)行采樣,培養(yǎng)48 h后進(jìn)行菌落計數(shù)。統(tǒng)計采用Poisson分布Z檢驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行兩兩比較。結(jié)果消毒前采樣檢測皮膚菌落數(shù)為120±30個/皿,消毒后落數(shù)為0,而穿刺前用手觸摸后的皮膚菌落數(shù)為5±1個/皿,再次消毒后皮膚菌落數(shù)為0。結(jié)論在靜脈穿刺操作中應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵守操作規(guī)程,消毒后穿刺前用手觸摸血管位置,應(yīng)重新進(jìn)行消毒,只有切實(shí)加強(qiáng)消毒管理,才能杜絕血液細(xì)菌污染,保障輸血安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of touching the blood vessels by hand before venipuncture on the disinfection effect. Methods the skin samples were collected before, after touch and after disinfection by the method of pouring plate counting. After 48 hours of culture, colony counts were counted and compared by Poisson distribution Z test. Results the number of skin colonies detected before disinfection was 120 鹵30 per dish. The number of colony after disinfection was 0, and that of skin after touching with hand before puncture was 5 鹵1 / dish, and that of skin after disinfection was 0. Conclusion the procedure of venipuncture should be strictly followed, and the position of blood vessel should be touched by hand before disinfection. Disinfection should be carried out again. Only by strengthening disinfection management can blood bacterial contamination be eliminated and blood transfusion safety is guaranteed.
