【摘要】：目的對2010-2016年天津市學校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件的流行特征進行分析,為學校防控工作提供參考。方法采用描述流行病學方法對天津市2010-2016年報告的學校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件進行分析。結果 2010-2016年天津市共報告學校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件146起,共報告病例4 603例,死亡1例。傳染病事件占95.89%。發(fā)病起數居前3位的病種分別為水痘(52)、手足口病(47)和流行性感冒(14)。事件主要發(fā)生在托幼機構和小學,占82.88%(121/146);3-6月和11-12月為事件發(fā)生的高峰期。學校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件首發(fā)病例發(fā)病時間至事件報告時間的間隔與事件持續(xù)時間呈正相關(rspearman=0.604,P0.01)。結論傳染病是引起天津市學校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件主要原因,托幼機構和小學多發(fā),及時報告和有效處置公共衛(wèi)生突發(fā)事件是減少事件危害的關鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of public health emergencies in schools in Tianjin from 2010 to 2016. Methods descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the school public health emergencies reported in Tianjin from 2010 to 2016. Results 146 school public health emergencies were reported in Tianjin from 2010 to 2016. A total of 4 603 cases were reported and 1 case died. Infectious disease events accounted for 95.89. The first three diseases were chickenpox 52%, hand, foot and mouth disease 47) and influenza 144.The main events occurred in kindergartens and primary schools. The interval between the onset time of the first school public health event and the reporting time of the incident was positively correlated with the duration of the incident. Conclusion Infectious diseases are caused by school school emergencies in Tianjin. The main causes of public health incidents, Child-care institutions and primary schools are prone to timely reporting and effective management of public health emergencies are the key to reduce the harm of events.
