【摘要】：目的研究采樣面積大小對(duì)皮膚消毒效果判斷的影響。方法采用棉拭子涂抹法,對(duì)不同采樣面積影響皮膚消毒效果情況進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果在相同消毒操作條件下,采樣面積為3cm×3cm,皮膚消毒合格率為100%;采樣面積為5cm×5cm,皮膚消毒合格率為98.40%。結(jié)論在皮膚消毒效果評(píng)價(jià)中,采樣面積應(yīng)執(zhí)行2012年版《醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒技術(shù)規(guī)范》規(guī)定的5cm×5cm。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the influence of sampling area size on the judgement of skin disinfection effect. Methods using cotton swab smear method, the effect of different sampling area on skin disinfection effect was compared. Results under the same disinfection operation conditions, The sampling area was 3 cm 脳 3 cm, the qualified rate of skin disinfection was 100, the sampling area was 5 cm 脳 5 cm, and the qualified rate of skin disinfection was 98.40. Conclusion in the evaluation of skin disinfection effect, the sampling area should be carried out according to the 5 cm 脳 5 cm specified in the Technical Specification for Disinfection of Medical institutions in 2012.
