【摘要】：目的分析重慶市境外輸入性瘧疾病例特點,為輸入性瘧疾防控策略調(diào)整提供依據(jù)。方法收集2011-2015年重慶市報告的境外輸入性瘧疾病例流行病學(xué)資料,對其蟲種、感染地、就診情況、診斷結(jié)果和治療情況等數(shù)據(jù)進行描述性分析。結(jié)果 2011-2015年重慶市共報告境外輸入性瘧疾病例148例,其中惡性瘧96例(65.54%),間日瘧37例(24.32%);非洲國家輸入125例(84.46%),東南亞國家輸入23例(15.54%)。發(fā)病人群主要為30~50歲境外務(wù)工的男性工人,男女性別比11.42∶1。病例報告時間無明顯季節(jié)變化,僅在年中(6-8月)和年初(1-2月)略有集中。從發(fā)病到就診時間中位數(shù)為1 d,從就診到確診時間中位數(shù)為2 d。首診單位主要集中在縣級(50例,33.78%)、省級醫(yī)療機構(gòu)(36例,24.32%)和個體醫(yī)生(20例,13.51%),78例(52.70%)病例首診為瘧疾。病例規(guī)范治療率95.54%(142/148),有43例(29.05%)出現(xiàn)了較嚴(yán)重的并發(fā)癥,死亡3例。結(jié)論加強多部門合作,建立協(xié)查、主動篩查機制,針對境外務(wù)工人員開展瘧疾防治健康教育,強化基層醫(yī)療機構(gòu)的瘧疾防治技術(shù)培訓(xùn),提高首診醫(yī)療機構(gòu)的瘧疾防治意識,是保證輸入性瘧疾病例規(guī)范管理和消除瘧疾的重要措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of imported malaria cases in Chongqing and to provide a basis for adjusting the control strategy of imported malaria. Methods Epidemiological data of imported malaria cases reported from 2011 to 2015 in Chongqing were collected. Results 148 imported malaria cases were reported in Chongqing from 2011 to 2015. Among them, 96 cases were falciparum malaria, 37 cases were vivax malaria, 125 cases were imported from African countries, 23 cases were imported from Southeast Asian countries. The main population was male workers aged 30 to 50 years old, the sex ratio of male to female was 11.42% 1.There was no significant seasonal change in the time of case reporting. The median time from onset to visit was 1 day, and the median time from diagnosis to diagnosis was 2 days. The first consultation unit was mainly concentrated in 50 cases at the county level (33.7810%), and 36 cases in provincial medical institutions (24.32). The first diagnosis was malaria. The standard treatment rate of the cases was 95.54 / 1480.There were 43 cases with severe complications. Conclusion strengthen multi-department cooperation, establish cocheck, active screening mechanism, carry out malaria prevention and control health education for overseas migrant workers, strengthen the training of malaria control technology in primary medical institutions, and strengthen the training of malaria prevention and control technology in primary medical institutions. It is an important measure to improve the awareness of malaria control in first-time medical institutions to ensure the standardized management of imported malaria cases and the elimination of malaria.
