【摘要】：目的了解西安市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)壓力蒸汽滅菌現(xiàn)狀,為壓力蒸汽滅菌的監(jiān)測(cè)和質(zhì)量管理提供依據(jù)。方法以2012—2014年西安市屬醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的消毒供應(yīng)中心為研究對(duì)象,分別采用物理、化學(xué)、生物監(jiān)測(cè)法對(duì)其壓力蒸汽滅菌器進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果共監(jiān)測(cè)西安市135所醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu),包括40所三級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)和95所二級(jí)及以下醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)。共收集樣本540份,合格樣本454份,總合格率為84.07%。其中三級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)壓力蒸汽滅菌監(jiān)測(cè)合格率為93.13%,高于二級(jí)及以下醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的80.26%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=13.91,P0.01)�；瘜W(xué)PCD和生物標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試包的合格率:三級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)為100%,二級(jí)及以下醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)90%。二級(jí)及以下醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)記錄表格中的溫度合格率為88.42%,但實(shí)測(cè)溫度合格率僅為38.95%,實(shí)測(cè)溫度合格率遠(yuǎn)低于三級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的72.50%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=12.68,P0.01)。各年度壓力蒸汽滅菌器實(shí)測(cè)溫度134℃的比率均較低,而132℃的比率維持在50.00%左右,實(shí)測(cè)溫度與記錄溫度相差-4~1℃,溫度差為-2.5~0.5℃的占80.00%,主要不合格溫度集中在130~131℃,占82.61%。結(jié)論西安市不同級(jí)別醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)壓力蒸汽滅菌效果差異較大,物理監(jiān)測(cè)措施不規(guī)范,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)重點(diǎn)部門的物理參數(shù)監(jiān)督,保證醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)滅菌質(zhì)量,減少醫(yī)源性感染的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of pressure steam sterilization in medical institutions in Xi'an, and to provide the basis for monitoring and quality management of pressure steam sterilization. Methods the disinfection and supply centers of medical institutions in Xi'an from 2012 to 2014 were used as the research objects and physical and chemical methods were used respectively. Results 135 medical institutions in Xi'an were monitored, including 40 tertiary medical institutions and 95 second-level and below. 540 samples were collected and 454 qualified samples were collected. The total qualified rate was 84.07. The qualified rate of pressure steam sterilization monitoring in tertiary medical institutions was 93.13, which was higher than 80.26 in secondary and lower medical institutions, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ 13.91 ~ (1) P _ (0.01)). The qualified rate of chemical PCD and biological standard test package was: level 3 medical machine. The qualified rate of temperature in the record form of level 2 and below medical institutions is 88.42, but the qualified rate of measured temperature is only 38.95. The qualified rate of measured temperature is much lower than 72.50 of the third level medical institution. The difference is statistically significant.
