【摘要】：正留置尿管是臨床常用的一項護(hù)理技術(shù)操作。使用普通引流袋長度不夠,翻身、坐起等體位變動時容易牽拉尿管,損傷尿道粘膜,引起病人疼痛;引流管易與尿管滑脫,甚至將尿管拉出,尿液反流。采集尿標(biāo)本時,通常采取將引流袋內(nèi)尿液放空,開放尿管,從引流袋下方排尿孔收集尿標(biāo)本,操作方法簡單,但尿標(biāo)本易被污染,且不適于尿少患者;將引流袋與尿管分離留取尿標(biāo)本或膀胱沖洗易弄濕床鋪,增加逆行感染的機(jī)會。采取不分離尿袋,消毒尿管刺入針
[Abstract]:It is a common clinical indwelling catheter nursing technique operation.
