【摘要】：目的了解一種弱酸性電解水生成器的殺菌效能,研究不同消毒學(xué)方法對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的影響。方法分別采用2002年版《消毒技術(shù)規(guī)范》和GB 28234-2011《酸性氧化電位水生成器安全與衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中殺菌試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)某弱酸性電解水生成器的殺菌效能進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果依據(jù)2002年版《消毒技術(shù)規(guī)范》,該生成器制備的酸性電解水對(duì)大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用3.0 min,殺滅對(duì)數(shù)均值分別為1.97、1.81和0.49;依據(jù)GB 28234-2011《酸性氧化電位水生成器安全與衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,該生成器的酸性電解水對(duì)大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用3.0 min,殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值均5.00。結(jié)論不同的試驗(yàn)方法對(duì)結(jié)果能夠產(chǎn)生較大的影響,消毒體系中消毒因子的濃度、試驗(yàn)菌的濃度以及有機(jī)干擾物的濃度等都是差異產(chǎn)生的重要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the germicidal efficacy of a weak acid electrolytic water generator. To study the influence of different disinfection methods on the test results. Methods the germicidal test methods of 2002 edition of disinfection technical specification and GB 28234-2011 of safety and hygiene standard of acid oxidation potential water generator were used, respectively. The germicidal efficacy of a weak acid electrolytic water generator was tested. Results according to the 2002 edition of the Technical Specification for Disinfection, the acidic electrolytic water prepared by the generator was applied to Escherichia coli. The average killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans was 1.97 and 0.49 respectively in 3.0 min. According to GB28234-2011 "Safety and Sanitary Standard of Acid Oxidation potential Water Generator", the acidic electrolytic water of the generator was used to treat Escherichia coli. Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were exposed to 3.0 min, killing logarithmic values were 5.00.Conclusion different test methods can have a great effect on the results, and the concentration of disinfection factors in the disinfection system can be greatly affected. The concentration of the tested bacteria and the concentration of organic disturbance are the important factors influencing the difference.
