【摘要】：目的了解腫瘤�？漆t(yī)院患者醫(yī)院感染發(fā)病情況,為改進(jìn)和提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量提供依據(jù)。方法采用橫斷面調(diào)查方法,對某醫(yī)院某日所有住院患者醫(yī)院感染情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果調(diào)查當(dāng)日該醫(yī)院共有住院患者504例,查出感染患者88例,醫(yī)院感染現(xiàn)患率17.46%;包括院內(nèi)獲得感染患者24例,現(xiàn)患率4.76%;社區(qū)獲得感染患者64例,現(xiàn)患率為12.70%。感染部位以呼吸道感染為主。感染患者病原學(xué)標(biāo)本送檢率為40.91%,檢出病原菌中革蘭陰性菌占61.90%�？咕幬锸褂寐蕿�27.18%,以治療性用藥和一聯(lián)用藥為主。結(jié)論該腫瘤�？漆t(yī)院患者醫(yī)院感染現(xiàn)患率在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi),放化療患者為重點(diǎn)防控對象。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of nosocomial infection in cancer patients and to provide basis for improving nursing quality. A survey was conducted on the nosocomial infection of all the hospitalized patients in a certain hospital on a certain day. Results there were 504 inpatients in the hospital on that day, 88 cases of infection were found, and the nosocomial infection rate was 17.4646%, including 24 cases of nosocomial infected patients. The current rate of infection is 4.76%; 64 patients have been infected in the community. The infection rate was 12.70. Respiratory tract infection was the main site of infection. The rate of pathogenic specimens of infected patients was 40.91. Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 61.90. The utilization rate of antimicrobial agents was 27.18, mainly therapeutic and monotherapy. The nosocomial infection rate of patients in the tumor specialist hospital is within the prescribed range. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy patients as the focus of prevention and control.
