【摘要】：目的了解2010-2013年丹陽市手足口病流行特征,為控制疫情提供依據(jù)。方法根據(jù)國家疾病監(jiān)測信息報告管理系統(tǒng)中手足口病發(fā)病統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),對丹陽市手足口病發(fā)病資料進行流行病學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 2010-2013年丹陽市共報告手足口病病例4 734例,不同年份手足口病的報告發(fā)病率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);病例主要分布在云陽鎮(zhèn)、界牌鎮(zhèn)和開發(fā)區(qū),占總發(fā)病數(shù)的50.43%;手足口病高發(fā)于1~3歲的兒童且男性發(fā)病多于女性;職業(yè)構(gòu)成以散居兒童及幼托兒童為主;發(fā)病時間主要集中在4~7月份,7月達高峰;手足口病患者的發(fā)病時間與出生月份之間具有顯著的正相關(guān)性(r=0.95,P0.01);病原學(xué)分布以EV71和Cox A16感染為主(分別為71.9%和16.8%)。結(jié)論丹陽市手足口病發(fā)生呈現(xiàn)逐年下降趨勢;具有明顯季節(jié)性以及人群性;出生月份對于手足口病的暴發(fā)具有一定的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemic characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Danyang City from 2010 to 2013, and to provide the basis for controlling the epidemic situation. Methods according to the statistical data of HFMD incidence in the national disease surveillance information management system, Results 4,734 HFMD cases were reported in Danyang City from 2010 to 2013. The reported incidence of HFMD in different years was significantly different (P 0.05), and the cases were mainly distributed in Yunyang Town. The incidence of HFMD in children aged 1 to 3 years old was higher than that in females, the occupational composition was mainly scattered children and young children, the time of onset was mainly in April and July, and reached its peak in July. There was a significant positive correlation between the onset time of HFMD and the month of birth, and the etiological distribution was mainly EV71 and Cox A16 infection (71.9% and 16.8, respectively). Conclusion the incidence of HFMD in Danyang is decreasing year by year. It has obvious seasonality and populace, and the month of birth has certain influence on the outbreak of hand, foot and mouth disease.
