【摘要】：目的了解蕪湖地區(qū)不同場所空調(diào)器隔塵網(wǎng)中棕脊足螨的污染情況。方法于2013年6-9月采集蕪湖市食堂、商場、酒店和家庭的空調(diào)器隔塵網(wǎng)灰塵,檢獲其中的棕脊足螨。結(jié)果共收集430份空調(diào)器隔塵網(wǎng)積塵樣本,其中陽性標(biāo)本98份,陽性率22.79%,不同場所的空調(diào)器隔塵網(wǎng)中棕脊足螨的孳生率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=18.294,P0.05);樣本總重量為510.5 g,共檢出棕脊足螨783只,平均孳生密度為1.53只/g。結(jié)論蕪湖地區(qū)空調(diào)器隔塵網(wǎng)中有棕脊足螨孳生,且孳生情況較嚴(yán)重。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the pollution situation in different places of Wuhu area air conditioner filters in the palm ridge of the foot mites. Methods in 2013 6-9 months from Wuhu dining room, shopping malls, hotel and household air conditioner filter dust, seized the brown ridge chorioptes. Results a total of 430 copies of the air conditioner filter dust among the samples, 98 positive samples were positive rate of 22.79%, the air conditioner filters in different places of the palm ridge of the foot of breeding rate difference was statistically significant (2=18.294, P0.05); the total weight of the sample is 510.5 g, there were 783 mites and palm ridge of the foot, the average breeding density was 1.53 / air conditioner conclusion g. filters in the Wuhu area have brown ridge foot mites breeding, and the situation is more serious.
