【摘要】：目的為新生兒麻疹、風(fēng)疹疫苗的預(yù)防接種以及育齡婦女麻疹、風(fēng)疹疫苗的推廣提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法隨機(jī)選取492對產(chǎn)婦及其新生兒,采集產(chǎn)婦外周血和新生兒臍帶血5 ml,使用德國維潤/賽潤(virion/serion)麻疹、風(fēng)疹試劑盒,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附測定法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)檢測麻疹、風(fēng)疹I(lǐng)g G抗體。結(jié)果產(chǎn)婦麻疹抗體陽性率為94.3%,抗體活性的幾何均數(shù)(geometric mean titer,GMT)為1:1 264.3;風(fēng)疹抗體陽性率為82.5%,GMT為1:151.0。新生兒麻疹抗體陽性率為97.6%,GMT為1:1 684.3;風(fēng)疹抗體陽性率為84.3%,GMT為1:203.8。母嬰麻疹(Z=-5.622,P0.001)、風(fēng)疹(Z=-4.625,P0.001)抗體水平差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,且新生兒抗體水平均高于母親。母嬰麻疹(r=0.924,P0.001)、風(fēng)疹(r=0.945,P0.001)抗體水平存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系。結(jié)論母傳麻疹、風(fēng)疹抗體存在濃縮效應(yīng),嬰兒麻疹、風(fēng)疹抗體水平隨母親抗體水平的升高而升高。加強(qiáng)對育齡婦女麻疹、風(fēng)疹疫苗的接種,以提高新生兒母傳麻疹、風(fēng)疹抗體水平,有效降低低月齡嬰兒的麻疹及風(fēng)疹發(fā)病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide a scientific basis for the vaccination of measles and rubella vaccine in newborns and the promotion of measles and rubella vaccine in women of childbearing age. Methods 492 pairs of pregnant women and their newborns were randomly selected. Maternal peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood of newborns were collected. Measles and rubella kit were used to detect measles using Weilun / Serun Virion / serion (Germany) kit. Elisa was used to detect measles by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assayella Elisa. Results the positive rate of measles antibody was 94.30.The geometric mean of antibody activity was 1: 1 264.3; the positive rate of rubella antibody was 1: 151.0; the positive rate of measles antibody in newborn was 1: 1 684.3; the positive rate of rubella antibody was 84.3%; the positive rate of rubella antibody was 84.3%; the positive rate of rubella antibody was 1: 1 684.3; the positive rate of rubella antibody was 1: 1 684.3; the positive rate of rubella antibody was 1: 1 684.3; the positive rate of rubella antibody was 1: 1 684.3; the positive rate of rubella antibody was 1: 1 684.3; For 1: 203.8. the antibody levels of measles in infants and mothers were significantly different from those in measles (P 0.001), and in rubella (P 0.001), and the antibody levels were significantly different between the two groups (P 0.001, P 0.001, P 0.001, P 0.001, P 0.001). The levels of antibodies in newborns were higher than those in mothers. There was a positive correlation between the levels of antibodies against measles and rubella (0.945% P0.001). Conclusion there is a concentration effect of antibodies against measles in mothers and rubella, and there is a positive correlation between the levels of antibodies against measles and measles in infants, and there is a positive correlation between the levels of antibodies against measles and measles in infants. The level of rubella antibody increased with the increase of maternal antibody level. The vaccination of measles and rubella vaccine was strengthened among women of childbearing age in order to increase the antibody level of newborns with measles and rubella and to reduce the incidence of measles and rubella in infants of low age.
