【摘要】：目的了解廈門市幼托兒童傳染病發(fā)病特征和趨勢,為制定相應(yīng)防控措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用描述流行病學(xué)分析方法,對2004—2013廈門市幼托兒童傳染病發(fā)病資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2004—2013年廈門市共報告幼托兒童傳染病19種10 840例,年均發(fā)病率為1 436.15/10萬。報告1例死亡病例,死因為手足口病。乙類、丙類、非法定傳染病年均發(fā)病率分別為133.68/10萬、1 119.37/10萬、183.10/10萬,無甲類傳染病。發(fā)病率居前5位的依次為手足口病(722.84/10萬)、流行性腮腺炎(236.09/10萬)、水痘(182.17/10萬)、其他感染性腹瀉(123.48/10萬)、猩紅熱(60.15/10萬)。腸道傳染病、呼吸道傳染病、血源及性傳播傳染病、自然疫源及蟲媒傳染病年均發(fā)病率分別為895.07/10萬、530.74/10萬、9.94/10萬、0.40/10萬,構(gòu)成比分別為62.32%,36.96%,0.69%,0.03%。月份分布以5月(21.97%)和12月(8.63%)為高峰點,呈季節(jié)性雙峰分布。報告2起突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件,均為諾如病毒感染性腹瀉,發(fā)病數(shù)分別為28和24例,無死亡病例。結(jié)論廈門市幼托兒童發(fā)病率較高的傳染病為丙類傳染病,手足口病、流行性腮腺炎、水痘、其他感染性腹瀉、猩紅熱居發(fā)病率前5位。免疫規(guī)劃疫苗可預(yù)防性傳染病大幅下降。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the Xiamen City preschool children infectious disease characteristics and trends, provide the scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures. Methods descriptive epidemiological analysis method, the incidence of infectious disease in children from 2004 to 2013 in Xiamen city were analyzed. The results of preschools in Xiamen city from 2004 to 2013 were reported in preschool children of 19 kinds of infectious diseases in 10840 cases. The average annual incidence rate was 1 436.15/10 million. A report of 1 cases of deaths, died of HFMD. Class B, class C, non communicable diseases the average incidence rate was 133.68/10 million, 1 119.37/10 million, 183.10/10 million, no infectious diseases. The incidence of the top 5 of the HFMD (722.84/10 000), mumps (236.09/10 million), varicella (182.17/10 10000), other infectious diarrhea (123.48/10 million), scarlet fever (60.15/10 10000). Intestinal infectious diseases, respiratory diseases, blood and sexually transmitted infectious diseases, natural foci and insect. The average incidence rate of infectious diseases were 895.07/10 million, 530.74/10 million, 9.94/10 million, 0.40/10 million, accounted for 62.32%, 36.96%, 0.69%, 0.03%. month distribution in May (21.97%) and December (8.63%) as the peak point, showed a seasonal distribution of Shuangfeng. A report of 2 cases of public health emergencies, are norovirus infectious diarrhea, the incidence were 28 and 24 cases, no death case. Conclusion Xiamen City preschool children have high incidence of infectious diseases of class C infectious disease, foot and mouth disease, mumps, chicken pox, other infectious diarrhea, the incidence of scarlet fever in the first 5 EPI vaccine preventable. Infectious diseases dropped significantly.
