口咽鱗狀細(xì)胞癌組織中人乳頭瘤病毒的檢測(英文)

在世界范圍內(nèi),人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)的致癌性導(dǎo)致口咽鱗狀細(xì)胞癌(OPSCC)的發(fā)病率顯著增加。隨著HPV相關(guān)癌癥發(fā)病率的上升,尋找可靠且準(zhǔn)確的識(shí)別和檢測HPV的工具變得非常重要。目前,雖然在OPSCC組織中檢測HPV的方法已有多種,但是在靈敏度、特異性和技術(shù)難度等方面各有優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。本文綜述了近年來應(yīng)用于OPSCC組織中檢測HPV的方法,包括HPV DNA/RNA聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(PCR)、環(huán)介導(dǎo)等溫?cái)U(kuò)增(LAMP)、腫瘤蛋白16(p16)免疫組化(IHC)和DNA/RNA原位雜交分析(ISH),對(duì)選擇合適的HPV檢測方法具有指導(dǎo)意義,從而有助于HPV相關(guān)癌癥的早期診斷,降低其死亡率和發(fā)病率。
