復發(fā)性口腔潰瘍患者腸道菌群與糞便炎性因子的相關性(英文)

目的探討腸道微生物變化與復發(fā)性口腔潰瘍(ROU)的相關性,進而確定腸道微生物變化是否是導致ROU的致病因素之一。方法選取8名經常發(fā)作ROU作為實驗組(HR); 14名健康志愿者作為對照組(HN)。對糞便進行宏基因組測序,同時用ELISA檢測糞便中炎癥因子白細胞介素(IL)-10和IL-22。結果在門水平上,HR中厚壁菌門的豐度高于HN(P<0.05)。在屬水平上,HN中Escherichia/Shigella和雙歧桿菌的豐度高于HR(P<0.05)。HR組腸球菌的豐度高于HN組(P<0.05)。糞便中IL-10水平在HN、HR組中相似,兩組間差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。HR組IL-22水平高于HN組,兩組間差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。單因素Logistic回歸分析顯示IL-22是ROU的危險因素。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,雙歧桿菌豐度可能是ROU的保護因素,糞便中IL-22可能是危險因素。結論 ROU患者糞便中IL-22與腸道菌群之間存在相互作用,雙歧桿菌屬豐度顯著降低及IL-22水平的升高參與了ROU的發(fā)生,且IL-22在ROU發(fā)生...
