【摘要】：目的:采用Meta分析方法評價口腔扁平苔蘚(OLP)與白色念珠菌感染的關(guān)聯(lián)性,為OLP的抗真菌治療提供依據(jù)。方法:計算機檢索PubMed數(shù)據(jù)庫、EMBase數(shù)據(jù)庫、Medline數(shù)據(jù)庫、Cochrane圖書館、中國知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(CNKI)、中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)和萬方數(shù)字化期刊庫,檢索從建庫至2016年12月30日所有相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。由2位研究者按照納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選文獻(xiàn)、提取資料并評價質(zhì)量后,采用RevMan 5.3及Stata 12.0軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析,計算優(yōu)勢比(OR)和95%可信區(qū)間(95%CI)以評價關(guān)聯(lián)性,采用漏斗圖及Egger’s法評估文獻(xiàn)的發(fā)表偏倚。結(jié)果:本組共納入13篇病例對照研究,其中OLP患者1 073例,正常對照者766名。OLP患者白色念珠菌檢出率明顯高出對照組(OR合并=2.30,95%CI:1.60~3.31,P0.01)。其中7篇研究對OLP患者進(jìn)行臨床分型,糜爛型OLP(E-OLP)患者白色念珠菌感染風(fēng)險明顯升高(OR=10.12,95%CI:4.05~25.28,P0.01)。結(jié)論:OLP與白色念珠菌感染有關(guān),這一關(guān)聯(lián)性在EA-OLP患者中尤為明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the relationship between oral lichen planus (OLP) and candida albicans infection by Meta, and to provide evidence for antifungal therapy of OLP. Methods: PubMed database, EMBase database, Medline database, Cochrane library, (CNKI), Chinese sci-tech periodical database (VIP) and Wanfang digital periodical database were searched by computer, and all related literatures were searched from the establishment of the database to December 30, 2016. Two researchers selected the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted the data and evaluated the quality. Meta analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3 and Stata 12.0 software. The odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (95%CI) were calculated to evaluate the correlation, and funnel diagram and Egger's method were used to evaluate the publication bias of the literature. Results: a total of 13 case-control studies were included in this group, including 1,073 OLP patients and 766 normal controls. The detection rate of candida albicans in OLP patients was significantly higher than that in the control group (OR combined with 2.30, 95% CI1.60 鹵3.31, P01). Among them, 7 studies were used to classify OLP patients, and the risk of candida albicans infection in erosive OLP (E-OLP) patients was significantly increased (OR=10.12,95%CI:4.05~25.28,P0.01). Conclusion: OLP is associated with candida albicans infection, especially in EA-OLP patients.
