Nd:YAG激光根管內(nèi)照射時牙根表面溫度的變化
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the temperature changes of different parts of root surface under different energy and frequency irradiation by Nd:YAG laser irradiation, and to evaluate the safety of adjacent tissues in the process of laser root canal disinfection. Methods 30 single root canal permanent teeth were collected, the crown was cut off at the neck of the tooth, the root of 12 mm was cut off, and the root specimens were made after root canal preparation. The root specimens were irradiated parallel to the buccal tongue of digital dental X-ray machine. The thickness of the adjacent root canal wall of the root neck (root neck segment) and root (apical segment) was measured by image analysis software. The root specimens were randomly divided into three groups according to the different laser irradiation energy (1.5, 3.0, 4.5W). Each group was divided into two subgroup according to the different laser irradiation frequency (15, 30 Hz). Two thermocouples in the temperature measuring instrument were fixed in the root neck segment and apical segment of the root specimen respectively. Nd:YAG laser was introduced into the root canal through the root canal mouth for 20 s. The temperature changes in different parts of the root surface under different energy and frequency irradiation were observed. Results there was significant difference in the increase of root surface temperature with different power irradiation (P01). The higher the power was, the more the temperature increased, but there was no significant difference in the increase of root surface temperature under the same power and different frequency irradiation (P 0.05). Under the same power and frequency, the temperature of apical segment was higher than that of cervical segment, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.01). Conclusion the increase of root surface temperature is related to irradiation power, irradiation time and root thickness when Nd:YAG laser root canal irradiation sterilizes. When the irradiation time is 20 s and the power is 1.5 W, the root and periodontal tissue are safe.
