【摘要】：CAD/CAM技術(shù)的嵌體修復(fù)方法在修復(fù)缺損牙體的臨床應(yīng)用中日益深入和廣泛。洞緣線的提取質(zhì)量決定了嵌體與預(yù)備體的配合精度,影響補(bǔ)牙治療的質(zhì)量,因而洞緣線的提取具有極為重要的意義。文中提出洞緣線的截面析構(gòu)提取方法,從牙齒預(yù)備體掃描點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)中提取洞緣線數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn),相對(duì)于模型全局特征的提取方法,截面析構(gòu)法不會(huì)產(chǎn)生冗余無意義的特征線,提取準(zhǔn)確且快速,再從洞緣線數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)中提取特征進(jìn)而獲得牙齒預(yù)備體洞緣線。由此獲得的洞緣線不僅能滿足誤差條件,而且求取速度快,洞緣線的特征點(diǎn)數(shù)少,便于口腔臨床設(shè)計(jì)使用。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,所提出的截面析構(gòu)提取方法能夠滿足臨床誤差使用要求,也為各種洞緣線的提取提供了一種有效的方法。
[Abstract]:The inlay repair method of CAD/ CAM technology is becoming more and more in-depth and extensive in the clinical application of repairing the defective tooth body. The extraction quality of the edge line determines the matching precision of the inlay and the preparation body, and influences the quality of the dental prosthesis, so the extraction of the edge line is of great significance. the method for extracting the cross section of the edge line is provided, the edge line data point is extracted from the tooth preparation body scanning point cloud data, the extraction method of the global feature of the model is not generated, the section analysis method does not generate the redundant meaningless characteristic line, and the extraction method is accurate and fast, And the feature is extracted from the hole edge line data point to obtain the tooth preparation hole edge line. Therefore, the obtained hole edge line not only can meet the error condition, but also has the advantages of fast obtaining speed and less feature points of the edge line, and is convenient for oral clinical design and use. The results show that the proposed method can meet the requirement of clinical error, and provides an effective method for extracting various edge lines.
