【摘要】：目的:用錐形束CT(CBCT)在三維空間中定位阻生尖牙及確定最常見阻生類型,同時評估相鄰切牙(中切牙和側(cè)切牙)牙根吸收情況。方法:對63例患者92顆上頜阻生尖牙患者進(jìn)行CBCT掃描,采用多平面重建(MPR)獲得三維重建圖像。在矢狀、冠狀、軸切面視圖中,設(shè)定X,Y,Z平面,并對每個阻生尖牙牙尖定位,觀察相鄰切牙牙根吸收狀況。結(jié)果:在X平面中:92%偏近中阻生,阻生距離10.4~15.1 mm,8%偏遠(yuǎn)中阻生,阻生距離2~5 mm;在Z平面中:60%偏腭側(cè)阻生,阻生距離1~4 mm,40%偏唇側(cè)阻生,阻生距離0~4 mm。相鄰切牙牙根41.3%無吸收,36.5%輕微吸收,14.3%中度吸收,7.9%重度吸收。結(jié)論:上頜阻生尖牙最常發(fā)生于腭側(cè)、近中,多伴有相鄰切牙牙根吸收。
[Abstract]:Objective: to locate impacted fangs in three-dimensional space with conical beam CT (CBCT) and to determine the most common types of impacted teeth, and to evaluate the root resorption of adjacent incisors (middle incisors and lateral incisors). Methods: 92 maxillary impacted fangs from 63 patients were scanned by CBCT. Three-dimensional reconstruction images were obtained by multi-plane reconstruction (MPR). In the sagittal, coronal and axial view, set the X, Y, Z plane, and locate each impacted cusp to observe the root resorption of adjacent incisors.
