【摘要】：目的:研究蒙古族人上頜磨牙近中頰根第二根管(MB2)的出現(xiàn)率及其相對位置關(guān)系。方法:收集蒙古族人離體上頜第一磨牙55例和第二磨牙61例并,制備偏向近中的菱形改良開髓洞口,髓室底探查法尋找MB2,測量和計(jì)算與MB2相關(guān)的髓室底參數(shù),分析MB2根管口定位規(guī)律。結(jié)果:上頜第一、二磨牙MB2的出現(xiàn)率分別為67.27%和39.34%(P0.05);MB2與近中頰根主根管(MB)的根管口間的均距(mm)分別為1.66±0.61和1.43±0.48;MB2與腭根管(P)的根管口間的均距(mm)分別為3.58±0.84和3.47±0.61,MB與P的根管口間的均距(mm)分別為4.85±0.80、4.54±0.51,MB2根管口與MB-P連線的垂直距離(d,mm)的均距分別為0.79±0.45、0.68±0.41,MB-MB2連線與MB-P連線的夾角(α)的平均角度分別為(32.30±19.18)°、(33.12±22.56)°。上頜第一、二磨牙間MB2相關(guān)的髓室底參數(shù)間的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:蒙古族人上頜磨牙MB2的出現(xiàn)率偏高,其根管口分布有一定規(guī)律,建議在MB-P假想連線的近中20~50°之間并距該線1 mm內(nèi)、距MB根管口腭側(cè)2 mm內(nèi)及距P根管口的頰側(cè)2~4 mm內(nèi)尋找MB2。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the occurrence rate and relative position of the second root canal (MB2) of maxillary molars near the middle buccal root of Mongolian molars. Methods: 55 cases of maxillary first molar and 61 cases of second molar were collected and the rhomboid modified pulp opening was prepared. The pulp floor exploration method was used to find out the parameters of pulp floor related to MB2 measured and calculated by MB2, and the localization of MB2 root canal orifice was analyzed. Results: the occurrence rate of MB2 in maxillary first and second molars was 67.27% and 39.34% respectively (P 0.05), and the mean distance between MB2 and (MB) in the main root canal of proximal buccal root canal was 1.66 鹵0.61 and 1.43 鹵0.48, respectively.
