透明質(zhì)酸鈉關(guān)節(jié)腔注射對(duì)無(wú)錯(cuò)頜畸形關(guān)節(jié)盤(pán)前移位患者的療效分析

【摘要】：目的：評(píng)價(jià)透明質(zhì)酸鈉關(guān)節(jié)腔注射治療無(wú)錯(cuò)頜畸形顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)盤(pán)前移位的臨床療效。方法：選擇46名非錯(cuò)頜畸形顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)盤(pán)前移位患者用透明質(zhì)酸鈉同時(shí)進(jìn)行關(guān)節(jié)上下腔注射治療,治療完成(每周注射一次,每位患者注射3-4次)后,每月一次復(fù)診,隨訪半年,行關(guān)節(jié)常規(guī)檢查并拍曲面斷層片,并行顥下頜關(guān)節(jié)核磁檢查,評(píng)價(jià)治療效果。結(jié)果：經(jīng)過(guò)治療,隨訪半年后,41名彈響患者中27名彈響完全消失6例彈響明顯減輕(總有效率80.49%),17名疼痛患者中11名疼痛消失3名患者疼痛減輕(總有效率82.35%),6名張口受限患者中4名轉(zhuǎn)為正常,1人張口度改善超過(guò)5mm(總有效率83.33%)。結(jié)論：關(guān)節(jié)腔注射對(duì)治療無(wú)錯(cuò)頜畸形伴顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)盤(pán)前移位具有較好的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate joint cavity injection in the treatment of anterior disc displacement of TMJ without malocclusion. Methods: 46 patients with anterior disc displacement of TMJ without malocclusion were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection at the same time. After the treatment was completed (once a week, each patient was injected 3 times), the patients were re-diagnosed once a month, followed up for half a year, routine joint examination and curved surface tomography were performed, and magnetic resonance examination of mandibular joint was performed to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results: after treatment, 27 of the 41 patients were followed up for half a year, 6 of them disappeared completely (the total effective rate was 80.49%), 11 of the 17 patients with pain disappeared (the total effective rate was 82.35%), 4 of the 6 patients with mouth opening restriction became normal, and 1 of them improved more than 5mm (the total effective rate was 83. 33%). Conclusion: intra-articular injection is effective in the treatment of malformed jaw with anterior disc displacement of TMJ.
