【摘要】：目的評價切削純鈦嵌體冠修復(fù)短冠隱裂磨牙的臨床效果。方法將64顆短冠隱裂磨牙隨機分為A組、B組。A組采用全冠修復(fù),B組采用切削純鈦嵌體冠修復(fù),治療后每年復(fù)查1次,連續(xù)觀察2年,比較2組的修復(fù)成功率。結(jié)果修復(fù)后1年,2組成功率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(93.8%vs 100.0%,χ2=2.064,P0.05),修復(fù)后2年,切削純鈦嵌體冠修復(fù)短冠隱裂磨牙成功率(96.9%)高于全冠組(68.8%),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=8.892,P0.01)。將全冠組失敗病例改用切削純鈦嵌體冠修復(fù)后,固位良好,未脫落。結(jié)論切削純鈦嵌體冠有效提高了短冠隱裂磨牙修復(fù)時的固位。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of cutting pure titanium inlay crown in the repair of short crown cracked molars. Methods 64 short crown occlusal molars were randomly divided into group A (group A) and group B (group B).
