【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)檢測(cè)與分析RAU患者淋巴細(xì)胞亞群及免疫球蛋白,探討RAU與免疫因素之間的關(guān)系,以期應(yīng)用到今后RAU的臨床診斷和治療中。方法:選擇2015年9月至2016年9月于青島大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院黏膜科就診的RAU患者,從中篩選出至少有2次RAU復(fù)發(fā)史,病史在1年以上,且每月發(fā)作1次以上的RAU患者44例,尚處于潰瘍發(fā)作48h以內(nèi),且無(wú)其他免疫缺陷類疾病,1月內(nèi)未服抗生素,3月內(nèi)未服皮質(zhì)類固醇激素、免疫抑制或調(diào)節(jié)劑等影響免疫功能的藥物者即可抽取其靜脈血行免疫球蛋白及淋巴細(xì)胞亞群檢測(cè),觀察免疫各個(gè)指標(biāo)的變化,同時(shí)記錄自制患者個(gè)人信息表,探討免疫與RAU發(fā)病間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:44例研究對(duì)象中男:女=1.44:1,平均39.3歲;僅細(xì)胞免疫異常占總數(shù)比例為52%,僅體液免疫異常占總數(shù)比例為4.5%,二者皆異常占總數(shù)比例為36%,二者皆無(wú)異常占總數(shù)比例為6.8%;CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8指標(biāo)低于正常值者占總數(shù)的比率分別為20%、59%、0、73%,指標(biāo)高于正常值者占總數(shù)的比率分別為14%、0、82%、0;Ig A、Ig M、Ig G、Ig E指標(biāo)高于正常值者占總數(shù)的比率分別為7%、0、2%、34%,無(wú)低于正常值者;男女患者間Ig A指標(biāo)存在顯著性差異(P0.05),男女RAU患者間其他免疫球蛋白指標(biāo)無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05);男女RAU患者間淋巴細(xì)胞亞群無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05);40歲以下RAU患者CD3、CD8指標(biāo)均值高于40歲以上RAU患者,兩組間存在顯著性差異(P0.05),40歲以下RAU患者CD4、CD4/CD8指標(biāo)均值低于40歲以上RAU患者,但差異無(wú)顯著性(P0.05);40歲以下患者與40歲以上患者比較,免疫球蛋白各指標(biāo)差異無(wú)顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:RAU患者細(xì)胞免疫異常比例高于體液免疫異常比例;女性患者的Ig A指標(biāo)明顯高于男性患者;40歲以上RAU患者的CD3、CD8指標(biāo)明顯高于40歲以下RAU患者;RAU患者體內(nèi)存在細(xì)胞免疫功能降低以及體液免疫的異�？哼M(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between RAU and immune factors by detecting and analyzing lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin in patients with RAU, so as to apply it to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of RAU in the future.
