一種新型含穩(wěn)定亞錫-氟化鈉牙膏的菌斑滲透率和脂多糖中和效率的臨床評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的:評(píng)價(jià)一種新型含亞錫-氟化鈉牙膏中亞錫離子的菌斑滲透率和脂多糖(LPS,內(nèi)毒素)中和效率。方法:采用隨機(jī)、對(duì)照、單盲的原位臨床試驗(yàn)。分為PBS、新型亞錫-氟化鈉牙膏(EXP)和市售亞錫-氟化鈉牙膏(MKD)3組。用熒光染料、熒光探針及激光共聚焦熒光共定位方法分析。結(jié)果:EXP組亞錫離子菌斑滲透率和LPS中和效率顯著優(yōu)于MKD和PBS組(P0.05)。EXP組亞錫離子和結(jié)合態(tài)LPS的熒光存在96.52%的空間共定位。結(jié)論:新型含亞錫-氟化鈉牙膏中的亞錫離子能滲入菌斑內(nèi)部并中和LPS。
[Abstract]:Aim: to evaluate the plaque permeability and lipopolysaccharide (LPS, endotoxin) neutralization efficiency of a new stannous sodium fluoride toothpaste containing stannous ion. Methods: a random, controlled, single blind in situ clinical trial was conducted. It was divided into three groups: PBS, new stannous sodium fluoride toothpaste (EXP) and stannous sodium fluoride toothpaste (MKD). The results were analyzed by fluorescence dye, fluorescence probe and laser confocal fluorescence localization method. Results: the plaque permeability and LPS neutralization efficiency of stannous ion in EXP group were significantly better than those in MKD and PBS group (P 0.05. The fluorescence of stannous ion and bound LPS in). EXP group was 96.52% co-localization. Conclusion: the stannous ion in the new stannous sodium fluoride toothpaste can infiltrate into the plaque and neutralize LPS..
