【摘要】：本文報告1例原發(fā)牙齦B細(xì)胞性淋巴瘤�；颊吣�,28歲,臨床表現(xiàn)為:左上頜牙齦無痛性逐漸增生1月。�？茩z查發(fā)現(xiàn)患者23,24,25,26頰側(cè)見一大小約2cm*1.5cm*1cm腫物。影像學(xué)檢查24,25牙周膜增寬,頰側(cè)骨質(zhì)呈低密度影像,邊界不清。病理鏡下可見異形淋巴細(xì)胞彌漫排列,免疫組化示:CD20(-),CD2(-),CD10(-),CD138(+),CD79a(+),LCA(+),Ki-67:80%左右(+)。診斷為原發(fā)牙齦B細(xì)胞性淋巴瘤。
[Abstract]:A case of primary gum B-cell lymphoma is reported. The patient was 28 years old. The clinical manifestation was painless hyperplasia of left maxillary gum for 1 month. Specialist examination found that the patient 23, 24, 25, 26 cheek side showed a size of about 2cm*1.5cm*1cm mass. Imaging examination 24, 25 periodontal membrane widened, buccal bone showed low density images, the boundary is not clear. CD20 (-), CD2 (-), CD10 (-), CD138 (), CD79a (), LCA (), Ki-67:80% left and right (). Could be seen under pathological microscope. It was diagnosed as primary gum B-cell lymphoma.
