【摘要】：目的:探討?zhàn)囸I環(huán)境對(duì)白念菌生物膜形成以及其中耐藥滯留菌形成的影響。方法 :體外分別構(gòu)建對(duì)數(shù)期、穩(wěn)定期和饑餓態(tài)白念菌24 h生物膜,兩性霉素B(Amphotericin B)沖擊24 h,沖擊前、后行活菌菌落計(jì)數(shù)(CFU),計(jì)算得出滯留菌比例并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,同時(shí)以共聚焦顯微鏡觀察和分析各組生物膜形成狀況。采用SPSS11.70軟件包對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:對(duì)數(shù)期、穩(wěn)定期和饑餓態(tài)白念菌生物膜形成能力依次下降(P0.05),具有顯著差異,前2組形成菌絲相生物膜,而饑餓態(tài)菌形成酵母相生物膜。藥物作用后,滯留菌比例依次升高(P0.05),具有顯著差異。結(jié)論:營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀態(tài)對(duì)白念菌滯留菌的產(chǎn)生有影響,饑餓狀態(tài)能夠提高滯留菌的產(chǎn)生比例。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of starvation environment on biofilm formation of Candida albicans and the formation of drug-resistant retention bacteria. Methods: logarithmic, stable and hungry Candida albicans biofilms were constructed in vitro for 24 h. Amphotericin B (Amphotericin B) was incubated for 24 h, and then the viable colony count (CFU),) was performed before and after the shock. The proportion of residual bacteria was calculated and analyzed statistically, and the biofilm formation was observed and analyzed by confocal microscope. The data were analyzed by SPSS11.70 software package. Results: the biofilm formation ability of Candida albicans in logarithmic phase, stable phase and hungry state decreased sequentially (P0.05), with significant difference. The first two groups formed hyphal biofilm, while hungry bacteria formed yeast biofilm. After drug treatment, the percentage of retention bacteria increased in turn (P0.05), with significant difference. Conclusion: nutritional status has an effect on the production of Candida albicans, and starvation can increase the proportion of retention bacteria.
