【摘要】：目的:觀察MTA根尖屏障術(shù)治療根端囊腫中根尖孔未閉合牙的臨床療效。方法:臨床確診為根尖孔未完全閉合伴發(fā)根端囊腫24例患者的26顆牙為研究對象,病灶牙均為上頜前牙,術(shù)前常規(guī)根管預(yù)備及消毒,術(shù)中刮除囊壁后修整根尖并用超聲倒預(yù)備根尖部3~5mm,后同時從冠方及根方加壓充填MTA于根尖區(qū)3~5mm,1周后待MTA完全硬固,完善根管充填及修復(fù)治療。結(jié)果:24例患者均取得成功,術(shù)后2年無復(fù)發(fā),且病灶牙與頜骨均愈合良好。結(jié)論:根尖孔未閉合牙伴發(fā)根端囊腫患者應(yīng)用MTA行根尖屏障術(shù)取得較好的臨床療效,且操作方便,無不良刺激反應(yīng),是一種較理想的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of MTA apical barrier in the treatment of patent teeth with apical foramen in root cyst. Methods: twenty-six teeth of 24 patients with apical foramen incomplete closure with root cyst were studied. The focus teeth were all maxillary anterior teeth, and routine root canal preparation and disinfection were performed before operation. After scraping the cystic wall, the apical part of the root was repaired and the root tip was prepared by ultrasound. Then the MTA was filled with pressure from the crown side and the root square at the same time. One week later, MTA was completely rigid to complete the root canal filling and the repair and treatment of the root canal was completed. The root canal was filled with the root canal from the coronal side and the root square at the same time. Results: all the 24 patients were successful, no recurrence was found in 2 years after operation, and the teeth and jaws healed well. Conclusion: MTA for apical foramen unclosed teeth with root cyst has a good clinical effect, and it is easy to operate and has no adverse stimuli. It is an ideal method for the treatment of apical cyst in patients with apical foramen unclosed teeth with root cyst.
