陀螺儀記錄轉(zhuǎn)移自然頭位系統(tǒng)的建立及其精度檢測
[Abstract]:Aim: to establish a natural cephalic position (nature head position,NHP (natural cephalic position) recording and transferring system based on gyroscope and 3D surgical design software, and to reposition the "digital skull" into the natural cephalic position in the surgical design software, and to evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of the system. Methods: a natural head position recording and transferring system was established based on gyroscope and three-dimensional editing software. (1) the gyro was connected with the head of the patient by occlusal fork and face arch. After the patient wore a gyroscope device and adjusted the head position to the natural head position by mirror image, the pitching angle (Roll) and the lateral deviation angle (Yaw), of the immediate head were recorded by the gyroscope. The (Pitch), angle and the lateral angle (Yaw), of the immediate head were recorded by the gyroscope. This is the actual NHP. (2) when the position of the gyroscope is zero (Pitch=0 擄, Roll=0 擄, Yaw=0 擄), the cone beam CT scan is performed and the standard gyroscope model is obtained after three-dimensional reconstruction. (3) the patient's digital head is fused with the standard gyroscope model. The two objects rotate together to the recorded NHP posture (Pitch,Roll,Yaw), and the digital head is repositioned in NHP, in the virtual environment by using a standard cube as the specimen for the virtual NHP. (4) and placing it in any position. The actual and virtual positions were recorded, and 30 experiments were carried out to calculate the difference between the actual and virtual positions (螖 Pitch, 螖 Roll, 螖 Yaw), and then paired t-test was carried out on the three angles of the actual position and the virtual posture, if it was in accordance with the normal distribution. Their correlation was tested by Pearson. Results: the gyroscope can record the patient's head position and transfer it to the surgical design system by software. 螖 Pitch=0.03 擄鹵0.28 擄, 螖 Roll=0.03 擄鹵0.23 擄, 螖 Yaw=0.07 擄鹵0.49 擄. There was no significant difference between the actual posture of cube and the corresponding angle of virtual posture after transformation (P0.05). Pearson test showed a significant correlation between the two levels (r = 0. 01) (r = 1. 00). Conclusion: based on the natural head position recording of gyroscope and 3D surgical design software, the accuracy of the transfer system can meet the requirements of orthognathic surgery design, and the operation procedure is feasible.
