【摘要】：目的:分析口腔白斑(OLK)組織中樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞的特征性表型。方法:應(yīng)用免疫組化SP法檢測(cè)10例正常黏膜、10例單純?cè)錾装吆?0例異常增生白斑中樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞特異性標(biāo)記CD1a、CD209、CD123、CD83的表達(dá)狀況,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:3組樣本中CD1a、CD209均有表達(dá)。固有層內(nèi)CD1a陽(yáng)性郎格漢斯細(xì)胞(LCs)數(shù)量隨病變程度逐漸升高,且異常增生白斑組高于單純?cè)錾装呓M及正常黏膜組(P0.01)。異常增生白斑及單純?cè)錾装咧蠧D209陽(yáng)性DCs被大量召集,其數(shù)量顯著高于正常黏膜。正常黏膜中未見(jiàn)CD123及CD83表達(dá),但在單純?cè)錾爱惓Ｔ錾装咧蠧D123陽(yáng)性和CD83陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞數(shù)逐漸升高(P0.01)。結(jié)論:朗格漢斯細(xì)胞、間質(zhì)DC及漿細(xì)胞樣樹(shù)突細(xì)胞在OLK間質(zhì)的表達(dá)水平增加逐漸成熟與機(jī)體的免疫監(jiān)視功能密切相關(guān),在OLK發(fā)展過(guò)程中均可能起到重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the characteristic phenotype of dendritic cells in oral leukoplakia (OLK) tissue. Methods: immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of dendritic cell-specific CD1a,CD209,CD123,CD83 in 10 cases of normal mucosa, 10 cases of simple hyperplasia leukoplakia and 20 cases of dysplasia leukoplakia. Results: CD1a,CD209 was expressed in all three groups. The number of CD1a-positive Langerhans cells in the lamina propria increased gradually with the degree of lesion, and the number of (LCs) in dysplasia leukoplakia group was higher than that in simple hyperplastic leukoplakia group and normal mucous membrane group (P0.01). The number of CD209-positive DCs in dysplasia leukoplakia and simple hyperplasia leukoplakia was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa. There was no expression of CD123 and CD83 in normal mucosa, but the number of CD123 positive and CD83 positive cells increased gradually in simple hyperplasia and dysplasia leukoplakia (P0.01). Conclusion: the increased expression of Langerhans cells, interstitial DC and plasmacytoid dendritic cells in the stroma of OLK is closely related to the immune monitoring function of the body, and may play an important role in the development of OLK.
