【摘要】：目的:探討顯微牙周外科技術對翻瓣術臨床療效的影響。方法:選取30例慢性牙周炎患者,隨機均分為2組,實驗組在口腔顯微鏡輔助下、采用微創(chuàng)器械行牙周翻瓣術;對照組在普通視野下行常規(guī)翻瓣術。用統(tǒng)計學方法比較術后1、3、7 d的VAS疼痛指數(shù),及基線、術后3、6個月的牙周臨床指標。結果:實驗組在術后1 d及3 d的VAS疼痛指數(shù)顯著低于對照組(P=0.017和0.004);術后3、6個月時,實驗組牙周探診深度的下降趨勢顯著大于對照組(P=0.010和0.047)。結論:顯微牙周外科技術比常規(guī)翻瓣術更能夠顯著地改善牙周袋深度,牙齦退縮和臨床附著喪失的水平更低,有效減輕疼痛感覺。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of microperiodontal surgery on the clinical effect of valvuloplasty. Methods: thirty patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with minimally invasive instruments under oral microscope and the control group was treated with conventional valvuloplasty under common visual field. The VAS pain index and baseline were compared at 1, 3 and 7 days after operation, and the periodontal clinical indexes at 3 and 6 months after operation were compared statistically. Results: the VAS pain index in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group on the 1st and 3rd day after operation (P < 0. 017 and 0.004), and the depth of periodontal probing in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 3 and 6 months after operation (P < 0. 010 and 0.047). Conclusion: microperiodontal surgery can significantly improve the depth of periodontal pocket, lower the level of gingival withdrawal and clinical attachment loss, and effectively relieve the pain sensation.
