【摘要】：目的總結(jié)評價行骨結(jié)合種植體種植修復15年的臨床效果。方法回顧性分析行骨結(jié)合種植體種植修復2 302例患者臨床資料,所有種植體共4 536枚,其中ITI種植體1 395枚,Ankylos種植體1 234枚,Bicon種植體165枚,Nobel種植體612枚,Camlog種植體122枚,BLB種植體765枚,Xive種植體176枚,Frialit-Ⅱ種植體67枚。所有患者的種植修復體上部結(jié)構(gòu)均在2015年12月前完成。觀察時間為3~180個月,中位隨訪時間為48個月。觀察方法為影像學檢查和臨床檢查,存留率采用Wheeler存留標準評估,納入Kaplan-Meier存留曲線統(tǒng)計。結(jié)果共2 302例患者,4 536枚種植體,其中隨訪1 660例,失訪642例,失訪率為27.89%,失訪種植體數(shù)為1 405枚,種植體失訪率為30.97%。隨訪中有112例患者共152枚種植體確診為種植體周圍炎。有明確記錄的共56枚種植體脫落。15年隨訪累計修復體松動35件,修復體折斷6件,種植體折斷1件,烤瓷冠崩瓷62件。據(jù)Wheeler存留標準統(tǒng)計種植體15年存留率為96.00%。滿意度問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,種植修復滿意率為95.36%。結(jié)論研究種植體的15年存留率達到96.00%,種植修復遠期效果好,存留價值高,滿意率高。導致種植修復失敗的主要原因為種植體周圍炎。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize and evaluate the clinical effect of combined bone implant implantation for 15 years.
