【摘要】：目的總結(jié)評(píng)價(jià)行骨結(jié)合種植體種植修復(fù)15年的臨床效果。方法回顧性分析行骨結(jié)合種植體種植修復(fù)2 302例患者臨床資料,所有種植體共4 536枚,其中ITI種植體1 395枚,Ankylos種植體1 234枚,Bicon種植體165枚,Nobel種植體612枚,Camlog種植體122枚,BLB種植體765枚,Xive種植體176枚,Frialit-Ⅱ種植體67枚。所有患者的種植修復(fù)體上部結(jié)構(gòu)均在2015年12月前完成。觀察時(shí)間為3~180個(gè)月,中位隨訪時(shí)間為48個(gè)月。觀察方法為影像學(xué)檢查和臨床檢查,存留率采用Wheeler存留標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)估,納入Kaplan-Meier存留曲線統(tǒng)計(jì)。結(jié)果共2 302例患者,4 536枚種植體,其中隨訪1 660例,失訪642例,失訪率為27.89%,失訪種植體數(shù)為1 405枚,種植體失訪率為30.97%。隨訪中有112例患者共152枚種植體確診為種植體周圍炎。有明確記錄的共56枚種植體脫落。15年隨訪累計(jì)修復(fù)體松動(dòng)35件,修復(fù)體折斷6件,種植體折斷1件,烤瓷冠崩瓷62件。據(jù)Wheeler存留標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)計(jì)種植體15年存留率為96.00%。滿意度問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,種植修復(fù)滿意率為95.36%。結(jié)論研究種植體的15年存留率達(dá)到96.00%,種植修復(fù)遠(yuǎn)期效果好,存留價(jià)值高,滿意率高。導(dǎo)致種植修復(fù)失敗的主要原因?yàn)榉N植體周圍炎。
