淫羊藿對(duì)大鼠牙移動(dòng)后保持階段牙周組織中BMP-2表達(dá)的影響
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish an experimental model of rat orthodontic tooth retention after tooth movement, and to observe the expression of BMP-2 in periodontal tissues by injecting epimedium into the oral cavity of experimental animals, mimicking the retention of orthodontic teeth after tooth movement. To evaluate the role of Herba Epimedii in inhibiting the recurrence of Epimedium after tooth treatment, and to explore the mechanism of Epimedium in promoting periodontal tissue remodeling. It provides a drug assistant measure for reducing the duration of maintenance after orthodontic treatment and keeping teeth stable in ideal position as soon as possible. Methods: 40 wistar rats were divided into three groups: experimental group A, group B, group C and control group, with 10 rats in each group. One day before the tooth movement model was removed, the experimental group was injected with epimedium solution with a concentration of 5 g / ml 10 g / ml and 15 g / ml, respectively, while the control group was injected with the same concentration and same dose of normal saline at the same time. The experimental group and the control group were injected every 2 days. The rats in each group were killed on the seventh day after the device was removed, and 5 rats were killed on the 28 day. The recurrence distance of the maxillary first molar was measured by measuring the recurrence distance of the maxillary first molar. The effects of Epimedium Epimedii on periodontal remodeling and expression of BMP-2 in rats after tooth movement were analyzed by HE staining and immunohistochemical staining. Results: on the 7th day after removal of the device, the recurrence distance of the control group was 0.130 mm / 0.148 mm / 0.107 mm, respectively. Compared with the control group, the number of osteoblasts in the experimental group increased by 0.32, 0.44 and 0.21, and the average optical density of BMP-2 expression in the experimental group increased by 0.019, 0.023 and 0.014, respectively. There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P0.05). On the 28th day after removal of the device, the recurrence distance of the control group was greater than that of the experimental group, 0.105mm / 0.151mm / 0.077mm. Compared with the control group, the number of osteoblasts in the experimental group increased by 0.38 ~ 0.63% and the average optical density of BMP-2 expression in the experimental group was 0.030 ~ 0.045 ~ 0.023, respectively. There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: local injection of Herba Epimedii can increase the expression of B MP-2 in periodontal tissue and promote the formation of osteocytes during the period of experimental tooth movement in rats.
