對(duì)氧磷酶1 Leu55Met基因多態(tài)性與牙周炎伴糖尿病的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的:研究對(duì)氧磷酶(paraoxonase,PON)1 Leu55Met的基因多態(tài)性與單純牙周炎及牙周炎伴糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)(本文特指2型糖尿病)的易感性是否相關(guān)。方法:收集慢性牙周炎(chronic periodontitis,CP)伴DM患者、單純CP患者、單純DM患者及正常人各50例口腔頰黏膜拭子,采用口腔/咽拭子基因組DNA提取試劑盒提取DNA,然后應(yīng)用聚合酶鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng)-限制性片段長度多態(tài)性檢測PON1 Leu55Met的基因型分布。結(jié)果:DM伴CP組(CP+DM)、單純CP組(CP)、單純DM患組(DM)、正常組(H)在PON1 Leu55Met基因型分布有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(χ2=12.444,P=0.006)。結(jié)論:CP與DM的易感性可能與PON1 Leu55Met基因多態(tài)性有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate whether the gene polymorphism of paraoxonase (paraoxonase,PON) 1 Leu55Met is associated with the susceptibility of periodontitis and periodontitis with diabetes mellitus (diabetes mellitus,DM). Methods: 50 patients with chronic periodontitis (chronic periodontitis,CP) with DM, 50 patients with CP, 50 patients with DM and 50 normal controls were collected to extract DNA, by oral / pharyngeal swab genomic DNA extraction kit. Then polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) was used to detect the genotype distribution of PON1 Leu55Met. Results: there was statistical difference in PON1 Leu55Met genotype distribution of (H) between DM and CP group (CP DM), simple CP group (CP), simple DM group (DM), normal group (蠂 2 + 12.444U P0. 006). Conclusion: the susceptibility of CP and DM may be related to the polymorphism of PON1 Leu55Met gene.
