【摘要】：目的觀察浸有地塞米松的醫(yī)用膠原蛋白海綿填塞上頜骨囊腫摘除術(shù)腔的效果。方法將60例上頜骨囊腫患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組,各30例。兩組均行上頜骨囊腫摘除術(shù)治療。觀察組術(shù)后采用浸有地塞米松的醫(yī)用膠原蛋白海綿填塞術(shù)腔,對照組采用碘仿條填塞術(shù)腔,均加壓包扎。比較兩組術(shù)后腫脹、疼痛程度及拆線時間。結(jié)果兩組均順利完成手術(shù)。觀察組術(shù)后術(shù)區(qū)輕度腫脹21例、中度腫脹8例、重度腫脹1例,對照組分別為11、15、4例,觀察組術(shù)后術(shù)區(qū)腫脹程度比對照組輕(P0.05)。觀察組術(shù)后術(shù)區(qū)輕度疼痛18例、中度疼痛12例、重度疼痛0例,對照組分別為9、19、2例,觀察組術(shù)后術(shù)區(qū)疼痛程度比對照組輕(P0.05)。觀察組、對照組拆線時間分別為(7.3±1.7)、(8.9±1.2)d,觀察組拆線時間比對照組短(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用浸有地塞米松的醫(yī)用膠原蛋白海綿填塞上頜骨囊腫摘除術(shù)腔效果優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的碘仿條填塞法。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of filling maxillary cyst with collagen sponge impregnated with dexamethasone. Methods 60 patients with maxillary cyst were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each. Both groups were treated with excision of maxillary cyst. The observation group was treated with dexamethasone-impregnated medical collagen sponge after operation, while the control group was filled with iodoform strip. The degree of swelling, pain and time of thread removal were compared between the two groups. Results the operation was completed successfully in both groups. There were 21 cases of mild swelling, 8 cases of moderate swelling, 1 case of severe swelling in the observation group and 111515 cases in the control group, respectively. The degree of swelling in the postoperative area in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group (P0.05). There were 18 cases of mild pain, 12 cases of moderate pain, 0 cases of severe pain in the observation group, and 2 cases in the control group, respectively. The pain degree in the postoperative area in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group (P0.05). The time of wire disassembly in the observation group and the control group was (7.3 鹵1.7), (, 8.9 鹵1.2) days, which was shorter than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Dexamethasone impregnated with medical collagen sponge is superior to the traditional iodoform strip in filling the cavity of maxillary cyst.
