不同形狀種植體支持單端固定橋的三維有限元分析
[Abstract]:Background: the shape of implants affects their biomechanical performance. At present, most of the researches on implant-supported single-ended fixed bridges are carried out in the same shape implants. Objective: to analyze the biomechanical characteristics of three kinds of implant-supported single-end fixed bridges in the mandibular posterior teeth using three-dimensional finite element modeling. Methods: three dimensional finite element models of cylindrical, conical and expansion implant-supported single-ended fixed bridges and their supporting tissues were established, and the cortical bone was analyzed by applying 300N force to the axial 90 擄and 45 擄buccal and lingual direction of the single-ended implant respectively. Von Mises stress of cancellous bone and maximum displacement of implant-abutment complex. Results and conclusion: 1 under axial and buccal loading, the maximum stress of cortical bone of the three models was much higher than that of cancellous bone, and the maximum stress of cortical bone was concentrated around the distal neck of the proximal cantilever implant. (2) the maximum von Mises stress in cortical bone was the lowest in the expanded implant model, especially in axial loading, and the von Mises stress in cancellous bone was the highest. 3Compared with the axial loading force, the peak von Mises stress of cancellous bone and the maximum displacement of implant-base complex increased in the three model cortical bones under buccal and lingual loading. Under the buccal and lingual loading force, the maximum displacement of the implant-base composite in the expanded implant model is the minimum. 4 the results show that the stability of the single end fixed bridge supported by the expansion implant is the best.
