【摘要】：選擇治療前骨性特征和牙性特征類似的正畸治療結(jié)束成人病例,均采用拔除上頜兩顆第一前磨牙的拔牙模式,探討單頜拔除上頜第一前磨牙掩飾治療骨性Ⅱ類錯牙合的適應(yīng)證和臨床療效,為臨床設(shè)計和治療提供依據(jù)。結(jié)果表明,拔除上頜兩顆第一前磨牙對輕度骨性Ⅱ類錯牙合患者進行掩飾治療可以取得較好的臨床效果。
