新型三重抗生素聯(lián)合氫氧化鈣對糞腸球菌的體外抗菌效果

【摘要】:目的觀察新型三重抗生素聯(lián)合氫氧化鈣對根管內(nèi)糞腸球菌感染的體外抗菌效果。方法選取80顆牙體完整、發(fā)育正常的離體人單根管前磨牙,建立糞腸球菌離體根管感染模型。將其隨機分為5組,每組16顆,分別使用生理鹽水(NS組)、氫氧化鈣(CH組)、傳統(tǒng)三重抗生素(甲硝唑、米諾環(huán)素和環(huán)丙沙星,TAP組)、新型三重抗生素(奧硝唑、米諾環(huán)素和環(huán)丙沙星,NTAP組)和新型三重抗生素聯(lián)合氫氧化鈣(NTAP+CH組)進行根管內(nèi)封藥,采用菌落計數(shù)法分別觀察封藥后第3天和第7天的糞腸球菌菌落數(shù)并利用掃描電鏡觀察。結(jié)果封藥后第3、7天,NTAP組和NTAP+CH組的細(xì)菌菌落數(shù)均低于TAP組和CH組(P0.05)。NTAP+CH組封藥后第3天的細(xì)菌菌落數(shù)較NTAP組減少(P0.05),而在第7天時兩組差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。掃描電鏡下可見封藥后第3、7天,NTAP組和NTAP+CH組的根管壁上糞腸球菌的菌落數(shù)較其余3組減少。結(jié)論新型三重抗生素單獨應(yīng)用或聯(lián)合氫氧化鈣應(yīng)用對糞腸球菌的抗菌效果均優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)三重抗生素和氫氧化鈣,可以認(rèn)為新型三重抗生素和新型三重抗生素聯(lián)合氫氧化鈣是針對根管糞腸球菌感染的有效消毒藥物。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the in vitro antibacterial effect of a new triple antibiotic combined with calcium hydroxide on Enterococcus faecalis infection in root canal. Methods 80 intact human premolar teeth with normal development were selected to establish the model of isolated canals infection of Enterococcus faecalis. They were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal saline (NS group), calcium hydroxide (CH group), traditional triple antibiotics (metronidazole, minocycline and ciprofloxacin, TAP group), new triplex antibiotics (ornidazole, ornidazole), and normal saline (NS group), calcium hydroxide (CH group), traditional triple antibiotics (metronidazole, minocycline and ciprofloxacin, TAP group). Minocycline and ciprofloxacin (NTAP group) and new triple antibiotics combined with calcium hydroxide (NTAP CH group) were used for root canal sealing. It can be concluded that the combination of new triple antibiotics and new triple antibiotics combined with calcium hydroxide is an effective disinfection drug against Enterococcus faecalis infection in root canal.
