義齒清潔劑對不同球帽附著體固位力的影響
[Abstract]:Objective to simulate the immersion of three kinds of denture cleaners on two kinds of ball cap attachments in vitro, and to determine the change of retention force by using fatigue testing machine, in order to investigate the effect of different denture cleaners on the retention force of ball cap attachments. To provide guidance for clinical application of denture cleaner. Materials and methods 1. Four positive baskets were selected for ball cap attachment, 8 for O type bad cap, 20 for yellow and 20 for red O type clamping pad. Each group was randomly divided into four groups: control group (water), experimental group (Polaridine, chlorhexidine, 0.5% sodium hypochlorite). The initial retention force of each assembly was measured by fatigue testing machine, and the change of the retention force of the ball cap attachment with time was recorded when the ball cap was dislocated at one time. 2. Under the electrothermal incubator, the retention force of the simulated clinical denture cleaner for one year was recorded, and the retention force of each group of ball cap attachments during January, March, June, September, and one year was recorded. The ball cap attachment was fixed on the fatigue testing machine and the retention force of 1000 times dislocation was measured. The experimental data of each group were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0 (偽 = 0. 05). The initial retention force of the red O pad is higher than that of the yellow O pad. The retention force of the ball cap attachment increases gradually with the time of the first dislocation, and the highest point of the curve represents the retention force of the ball cap attachment. Then gradually decreased and then disappeared. 2. After being soaked in three kinds of denture cleaners for 12 months, the retention forces of the red and yellow ball cap attachments were significantly different (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in attenuation values among the groups (P0.05). To explore the immersion time when affecting the retention force, it was found that the retention force of the attachment changed significantly after the clinical application of three kinds of denture cleaners (P0.05). After soaking in detergent for one year, the attenuation rate of retention force in each group was found to be the highest in sodium hypochlorite group, which was significantly different from that in other groups (P0.05), and then after 1000 dislocations, the attenuation rate of red O-ring was the highest in sodium hypochlorite group. The attenuation rate of retention force in sodium hypochlorite group is still obvious. 4. 4. By describing the curve of the retention force of the ball cap attachment with the immersion time, it was found that the retention force of the control group had no obvious attenuation, but the retention force in the experimental group gradually decreased with the increase of the immersion time. Conclusion 1. The initial retention force of the ball cap attachment is low, the selection of the type and quantity of the O-pad should be paid attention to when selecting the ball cap attachment, and the denture cleaner has an effect on the retention force of the ball cap attachment with different colors. In sodium hypochlorite solution, the retention force of the ball cap attachment is more attenuated than that of the other groups, so it is not recommended that sodium hypochlorite solution be used as a cleaning agent to treat the ball cap attachment. 2. The retention force decreased after one month after immersion denture cleaner, so short-term immersion has an effect on the retention force of ball cap attachment. After repeated dislocation for 1000 times, the retention force of the three groups was significantly lower than that of the control group, so the denture cleaner had an effect on the final retention force.
