正畸牙移動過程中高遷移率族蛋白B1的改變
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of high mobility group protein B1 (High Mobility Group Box-1,HMGB1 during orthodontic tooth movement, and to guide the clinical application of orthodontic stress. Methods: thirty Wistar rats were divided into 5 and 7 days groups with 6 rats in each group, 0.6 N was applied on the left side to move the maxillary first molar, and the right side was placed with orthodontic device but no additional force as control. HE staining was used to observe the changes of periodontal tissues during orthodontic tooth movement, and immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the changes of HMGB1 in periodontal supporting tissues. The expression of HMGB1 in periodontal supporting tissues was detected by the mean optical density method. Results: HE staining showed that the periodontal tissue of the first molar showed a typical change of orthodontic tooth movement at 1 d or 7 d. The periodontal membrane of the pressure side became narrower, the fibers were disordered, and the number of osteoclasts increased gradually. The periodontal ligament of the tension side was widened, the fibers were arranged neatly, and the number of osteoblasts increased gradually. Immunohistochemical staining showed that the expression of HMGB1 in the pressure side was the lowest (0.0012 鹵0.0009) at day 1, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (0.0239 鹵0.011). From 1 day to 7 days, HMGB1 on the pressure side increased gradually, and reached the highest value at 7 days (0.0127 鹵0.0014). The expression of HMGB1 in the tension side (0.0193 鹵0.0012) was lower than that in the 1-day control group (0.0284 鹵0.009). At the 5th day, the HMGB1 of the tension side reached the highest value (0.0324 鹵0.0014), but there was no significant difference between the tension side and the 5-day control group (0.0289 鹵0.0012). Conclusion: the excessive orthodontic force reduces the expression of HMGB1 in the periodontal tissues of the pressure side and slows down the clearance of transparent tissues and the movement of orthodontic teeth.
