【摘要】：目的探討改良暫基托在低平牙槽嵴無牙頜患者修復(fù)中的臨床應(yīng)用。方法選取40例低平牙槽嵴無牙頜患者,分為兩組,分別采用改良暫基托(觀察組)和傳統(tǒng)蠟基托(對(duì)照組)確定頜位關(guān)系,進(jìn)行全口義齒修復(fù)。修復(fù)后定期進(jìn)行隨訪,評(píng)價(jià)修復(fù)效果,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果觀察組患者在固位和壓痛點(diǎn)等方面滿意度與對(duì)照組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論改良暫基托可以作為低平牙槽嵴無牙頜患者修復(fù)的常規(guī)暫基托。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical application of modified temporary base in the restoration of edentulous patients with low alveolar ridge. Methods Forty patients with edentulous alveolar ridge were divided into two groups. Modified temporary base (observation group) and traditional wax base (control group) were used to determine the relationship between maxillary position and complete denture. Follow-up regularly after repair, evaluate the effect of restoration, statistical analysis of the data. Results there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group in retention and tenderness points (P0.05). Conclusion the modified temporary base can be used as a conventional temporary base for the restoration of low level alveolar ridge without edentulous jaw.
